Use DSLinux instead:

With wifi, telnet, a linux PC, a TV card and either aatv or mplayer, you can watch almost live TV on your DS.

BETTER USE GBA TV TUNNER, MODIFIED TO FIT IN THE SLOT2,
IT WORK, LOOK AT YOUTUBE.
BY THE WAY, TV TUNNER FOR DS WILL NOT BE RELASED IN USA OR EUROPE, AND IN FACT IT SUXS BEACAUSE YOU CAN’T SEE REAL TV CHANNELS, JUST WORK TROUGHT A SPECIAL WAY TO RECEIVE SIGNAL, SOMETHING LIKE 3G
